Reservations & Deposit Required

During Low season (16 Apr – 31 October 08)

One night non-refundable deposit is required at the time of reservation is confirmed.

During High Season (1Nov – 19 Dec 08 & 11 Jan – 16 Apr 09)

The hotel requires to 30% deposit for the entire length of stay at least 21 days prior to arrival date.
There is no refund for any under stays.
 
During Peak season (20 Dec – 10 Jan 09)

Minimum length of stay 7 consecutive nights
The hotel requires to full amount of payment for the entire length of stay at least 30 days prior to arrival date.
There is no refund for any under stays.
Period of Occupancy

Confirmed accommodations will usually be available of occupancy after 2:00 pm on the day of arrival. Check-out time is 12:00 noon.
Accommodations used from 12:00 noon to 6:00 pm on the day of departure will be charged at the full room rate
 
Family Plan

No charge will be applied for children of 12 years or under, sharing parents’ room utilizing existing bedding, with maximum two(2) children per room. If additional bed is required, the extra bed charge will be applied.
 
Cancellations

To notify the resort of cancellation within the minimum period specified hereunder :

Low Season : 7 days prior to arrival
High Season : 21 days prior to arrival
Peak Season : 30 days prior to arrival

In the event of failure to give the required notice for cancellation and reduction in accommodation numbers, the resort reserves the right to charge a fee equal as same as No Show Policy.

During Peak Season, cancellation received within 72 hours of arrival date will be charged equal to the entire value of the bookings.

Early Check-out Policy

For guest(s) check out earlier from original booking, hotel reserves the right to charge for actual total nights stay reserved without valid reasons.

No-Show Policy

In the event of no-show, the resort reserves the right to charge a fee equal 100% for the entire value of the bookings.
